About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake discussions through offer acceptance and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to develop effective recruiting and sourcing strategies
- Lead recruitment efforts across Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D and Corporate Functions
- Support hiring across multiple organizational levels, from professional and technical talent to senior leadership positions
- Build proactive talent pipelines to meet current and future workforce needs
- Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process
- Leverage market intelligence and talent insights to influence hiring decisions and workforce planning
- Drive diverse hiring strategies that support IFF's commitment to inclusion and representation
- Ensure accurate and compliant management of recruiting activities within Workday and other recruiting systems
- Partner with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and fellow Talent Acquisition professionals to identify, attract, and hire top talent across the United States and Canada
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience, ideally within a multinational or complex matrixed organization
- Proven success recruiting across a variety of functions, including manufacturing, engineering, technical, commercial, and corporate roles
- Experience supporting hiring across multiple business units and locations
- Strong direct sourcing and talent mapping capabilities
- Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Workday
- Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and influencing skills
- Experience supporting recruitment across North America
- Experience recruiting for manufacturing, research and development and corporate functions environments
