About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with stakeholders to drive process improvement and digital transformation initiatives
- Translate business needs into practical technology-enabled solutions
- Develop portfolio reporting, KPI frameworks and executive dashboards across the property portfolio
- Analyse operational performance, risks and trends to support decision-making
- Provide actionable insights that improve business outcomes and portfolio visibility
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards and data models
- Establish reporting standards, governance frameworks and data quality controls
- Deliver scalable, automated reporting solutions for business stakeholders
- Design and implement Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps and Power Automate
- Automate workflows and reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
- Drive adoption of digital tools that enhance productivity and decision-making
- Manage SharePoint solutions, information architecture and document governance
- Maintain information management standards and operational workflows
- Identify and implement AI, automation and Microsoft Copilot opportunities
- Support AI governance, adoption and business value realisation
- Monitor emerging technologies and drive innovation across Property Operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in business analysis, operational improvement or digital transformation
- Advanced Power BI and data analytics capability
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of data governance, reporting frameworks and information management practices
- Exposure to AI technologies and Microsoft Copilot is desirable
- Experience within property, real estate or asset management environments is advantageous
