About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute customer and community advocacy programs that amplify success stories, proof points, and shared outcomes
  • Establish a framework to capture customer insights and success stories and create feedback loops with Product Marketing, Campaign, and Field teams
  • Develop initiatives that deepen relationships with customers and key collaborators across the IFS Copperleaf ecosystem
  • Partner with Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to identify engagement opportunities that drive pipeline growth, adoption, and advocacy
  • Plan and deliver integrated campaigns highlighting customer success, ecosystem collaboration, and install-base expansion
  • Create case studies, success stories, videos, and solution spotlights
  • Collaborate with regional and field marketing teams to localize and activate community-led initiatives globally
  • Define and track KPIs including pipeline contribution, engagement levels, and advocacy metrics
  • Report program performance and insights to marketing and sales leadership and recommend strategy and investment optimizations
  • Use AI tools and marketing technologies to analyze performance, personalize engagement, and scale impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in enterprise software, SaaS, or asset management industries
  • Proven track record in customer marketing, having built and led advocacy, expansion, retention, and community programs
  • Strong understanding of enterprise buyer journeys and go-to-market motions in complex, enterprise sales cycles
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects across regions and functions
  • Comfortable working in a global, matrixed organization
  • Experience working with IFS or similar enterprise software ecosystems preferred
  • Familiarity with energy, utilities, transportation, or infrastructure sectors preferred
  • Expertise in content development, ABM, and digital campaign management preferred
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Marketo preferred
  • Candidates based in East Coast time zone preferred
