About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 8 years of end-to-end product design experience, from discovery through to shipped product
  • Experience independently planning research studies, conducting interviews, synthesising findings, and turning them into clear design direction
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional squad alongside engineers and product managers
  • Strong knowledge of Figma and visual design craft
  • Accessibility-first design approach
  • Serious consideration of how AI changes interface design
  • Ability to measure work using task success rates, support ticket volume, and adoption signals
  • Experience shipping AI-driven features, including prompts, fallbacks, and human-in-the-loop moments may be advantageous
  • Familiarity with design tokens and contribution models may be advantageous
  • Exposure to quantitative signals such as task success rates, funnel data, or A/B results may be advantageous
