About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Process orders and oversee related activities of third-party vendors
- Ensure orders flow effectively through systems and processes according to customer service standards
- Fulfill orders, including order entry, administration, and shipping
- Develop capacity plans for build-to-stock and/or build-to-order environments
- Maintain adequate inventory levels to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize cost
- Prepare and maintain volume and demand planning analyses
- Prepare supply and production schedules using internal and external information
- Establish and effectively manage an order backlog
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–2+ years of experience in project management and supply chain/sales support
- Experience focused on customer service and sales order management order-to-revenue cycles in a regulated environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
