About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform functional testing on gaming machines to ensure proper operation, compatibility, quality, and compliance
  • Test machine functions and sub-assemblies across multiple products
  • Verify products meet applicable gaming regulatory requirements
  • Use and maintain testing tools and equipment, including coins, tokens, currency, and player tracking cards
  • Verify product information and accurately document discrepancies
  • Troubleshoot issues, identify defects, and complete appropriate fixes
  • Maintain expected production and testing output
  • Train and provide follow-up support to new and existing employees

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience required
  • 5 years of experience with manufacturing assembly processes
  • Basic knowledge of gaming industry regulations as they relate to assigned responsibilities
  • Ability to develop basic proficiency with relevant ERP tools
  • Knowledge of manufacturing and production processes, materials management, regulatory requirements, and basic/intermediate mathematics
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience using small hand tools
  • Ability to stand for a full shift and regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work overtime as required
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain a gaming card
  • Ability to effectively communicate information in one-on-one and small-group settings, including with management
  • Ability to perform basic math, including adding, subtracting, counting, and measuring
