About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Refurbish gaming equipment parts according to established repair and reconditioning standards
  • Troubleshoot and repair PC boards, sub-assemblies, and other depot repair items
  • Use diagnostic tools and established repair procedures to identify equipment failures and verify completed repairs
  • Read and follow technical manuals, work instructions, schematics, and repair procedures
  • Perform hands-on testing and troubleshooting of electronic components and equipment
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the repair process
  • Work collaboratively with teammates, internal customers, and support teams
  • Manage assigned work and complete repairs within established timelines
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in repair, production, assembly, product testing, technical support, electronics, or a related field
  • Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office or similar programs
  • Ability to follow technical manuals, work instructions, and repair procedures
  • Willingness and ability to learn depot-specific repair processes, tools, and systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to complete repairs accurately
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage assigned tasks and meet deadlines
  • Preferred: Certificate or associate degree in Electronics Technology, or equivalent experience
  • Preferred: Ability to read and interpret schematics
  • Preferred: Experience with gaming equipment, electronic components, or repair depot operations
  • Preferred: Soldering experience, including surface-mount and through-hole components
  • Preferred: Experience using electronic test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, or diagnostic fixtures
  • Preferred: Experience with parts handling, inventory support, equipment handling, or repair support processes
  • Preferred: Experience using SAP or a similar business system
