About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as subject matter expert for assigned products and strategy, aligning with the Company’s business strategy and objectives

  • Create, document, manage, and implement product demonstration processes, best practices, and customer successes

  • Facilitate meetings, provide updates, and open communications for technical demonstrations across departments
  • Research opportunities for customers to leverage or enhance use of Company products
  • Support cross-sell opportunities for products and services
  • Recommend sales strategies based on market research and competitor analyses
  • Establish and maintain customer and partner relationships
  • Assist in developing, communicating, and implementing growth strategies and processes
  • Participate in post-mortem strategy analysis reviewing performance, revenue, and sell-through

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience in a related field required
  • 5-8 years’ experience in an operations or marketing role
  • Industry experience required
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of industry marketing and operations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Public speaking ability
  • Ability to convert complex information into clear executive summaries for diverse audiences
  • Ability to interface with existing and potential customers to build strong relationships
  • Casino marketing experience required
