About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify potential new customers and referral sources
  • Create and execute a focused territory sales plan
  • Create and maintain sales route records
  • Perform sales calls and schedule meetings with target referral prospects
  • Conduct face-to-face visits with current and prospective referral partners
  • Gain customer commitments leading to restoration-service referrals
  • Follow up consistently with customers and referral partners
  • Track pipeline, activity, and results in the CRM
  • Maintain the customer contact database
  • Complete weekly and monthly sales reports
  • Attend weekly sales meetings
  • Maintain phone and in-person contact with existing customers
  • Make group presentations to prospective organizations
  • Work closely with Operations to align sold and delivered customer experiences
  • Participate in trade, community, and networking organizations and events, including activities outside normal business hours

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong, proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals is required
  • Established local contacts in the Southwest Florida home services industry are preferred
  • An existing book of business in restoration is a strong plus
  • Understands and effectively applies differentiation and value-adding concepts
  • Knowledge of customer markets, issues, and challenges, with ability to translate them into selling strategies
  • Uses AI tools and online resources to identify and target potential customers and referral partners and build efficient sales routes
  • Proficiency with computers and enterprise systems, including MS Office, Word, and Excel
  • Must reside in Southwest Florida
