About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Recruit, train, coach, and scale a world-class emergency services team
- Foster a culture of excellence, high accountability, and continuous development
- Manage and delegate the launch, execution, and profitable completion of emergency water mitigation, contents, and environmental projects
- Partner with estimating, reconstruction, and administrative departments
- Act as the primary point of resolution for complex situations involving carriers, property owners, vendors, and tradesmen
- Communicate and negotiate with insurance carriers, local adjusters, desk adjusters, and program specialists
- Maximize restoration technology platforms and use AI tools to streamline documentation, scheduling, and project tracking
- Monitor job sites to enforce safety compliance and premium quality control
- Identify real-time training opportunities

Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven success building, leading, and motivating a team in a fast-paced environment
- Deep knowledge of the restoration industry
- Hands-on experience managing mitigation, contents, and environmental cleaning projects
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong emotional intelligence
- Proven track record of resolving conflicts under pressure
- High comfort level navigating multiple software platforms simultaneously
- Genuine excitement for using Artificial Intelligence to optimize workflows and improve accuracy
- Proficiency in Xactimate and Symbility estimating software
- Advanced critical thinking and critical problem-solving skills
- Expert-level organization
- Strong competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Succinct, professional, and empathetic verbal and written communication
- This position requires a background check with no felony convictions and a clean driving license
