About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Scope, write, and audit comprehensive contents restoration estimates across six Pennsylvania franchise locations
  • Use Symbility/CoreLogic and Xactimate daily to produce precise, line-item estimates
  • Ensure estimates adhere to industry pricing and regional guidelines
  • Manage compliance with Third-Party Administrator programs, carrier SLAs, line-item caps, and documentation protocols
  • Collaborate with Contents Department Management, project managers, and field technicians
  • Review scopes of work, photo documentation, and contents inventory lists
  • Track job statuses from initial scoping through final carrier approval
  • Handle revisions, supplements, and rejections efficiently
  • Ensure inventory logs, total loss reports, pack-out/pack-in details, and cleaning costs are complete, compliant, and defensible

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must reside in/work within the EST timezone
  • Full-time availability Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
  • Demonstrated experience and high proficiency in Xactimate and Symbility (CoreLogic) platforms
  • Thorough familiarity and direct working experience with major TPA programs, including Alacrity, Sedgwick, Lionsbridge, and Westhill
  • Willingness and capability to utilize the company-provided work-from-home technology setup exclusively for all business operations
  • Hands-on prior field experience in Contents Restoration and/or Water/Fire Mitigation is preferred
  • Relevant IICRC certifications such as CCT, FSRT, or WRT are a plus
