About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across six Pennsylvania franchise locations
  • Conduct intake meetings and job design
  • Source, screen, interview, extend offers, and coordinate onboarding handoffs
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for restoration, management, and field operations roles
  • Use job boards, LinkedIn, headhunting, cold outreach, and local trade networks for sourcing
  • Collaborate with Franchise Managers and leadership to forecast hiring needs and align candidate profiles
  • Streamline selection processes
  • Optimize interview frameworks, tracking systems, and candidate communication touchpoints
  • Track hiring metrics including Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, and Retention
  • Develop talent acquisition strategy and elevate the employer brand
  • Recruit for restoration, skilled trades, operations, and management roles

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition management experience
  • Direct recruitment experience in the Restoration Industry, Construction, Trades, Logistics, or multi-location Field Services strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to manage non-exempt and exempt recruitment across multiple operational sites or franchise locations simultaneously
  • Must reside in and operate strictly within Eastern Standard Time (EST) working hours, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation ability
  • Self-driven, metric-focused mindset
  • Experience with job boards, LinkedIn, headhunting, cold outreach, and local trade networks
  • Ability to track Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, and Retention metrics
