About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop relationships and grow sales with distribution customers in the territory
  • Frequently contact roofing contractors, remodelers, builders, and architects to drive demand
  • Manage territory pricing on competitive situations
  • Train and present products and programs to qualified distributors and end users
  • Present products to qualified end users weekly
  • Perform product knowledge training sessions with customers
  • Submit weekly Intelligence Reports in a timely fashion
  • Manage customer accounts, including accounts receivable balances and deductions
  • Organize and execute a business plan to meet territory sales goals and customer needs
  • Utilize approved sales and marketing tools within budget

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Valid driver's license in good standing
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a strong asset
  • Willingness to consider relocation for future opportunities
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and professional attitude
  • Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Detail oriented with a personal commitment to task completion
  • Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment
  • Up to 80% travel may be required
