About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead executive relationships for top enterprise clients
- Drive value realization across the TruBridge portfolio, including EHR and third-party solutions
- Develop and implement client success plans with retention, satisfaction, risk-reduction, and growth objectives
- Maintain strategic knowledge of client organizations and healthcare environments
- Measure client satisfaction and engagement through feedback, executive conversations, adoption, service performance, and relationship indicators
- Create value realization reporting demonstrating client ROI and informing renewals and growth opportunities
- Own executive-level performance reviews with financial and operational leaders
- Translate revenue cycle data into actions improving cash collections, accounts receivable, denials, billing effectiveness, and financial health
- Lead cross-functional Financial Health teams and subject matter experts
- Diagnose performance challenges, establish corrective action plans, assign ownership, remove barriers, and enforce accountability
- Serve as executive escalation point for material RCM service and performance issues
- Manage client risk, mitigation plans, retention exposure, and unresolved escalations
- Identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and partner with sales
- Own overall client execution, retention, renewal readiness, satisfaction, risk reduction, and responsible growth
- Develop best practices for client profitability management, invoicing, collections, write-offs, and contractual interactions
- Align qualified clients with the TruBridge reference program
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Ability to travel up to 60%
- Demonstrated experience improving healthcare revenue cycle performance
- Working knowledge of cash collections, accounts receivable aging, denial performance, billing quality, and payer or contractual outcomes
- Proven success improving client satisfaction, protecting renewals, reducing preventable attrition, and recovering at-risk client relationships
- Ability to identify emerging client issues, establish resolution plans, maintain stakeholder accountability, and mitigate risks
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with subject matter experts
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Experience advising and influencing hospital CFOs, revenue cycle executives, and operational leaders
- Ability to analyze revenue cycle performance trends, identify root causes, quantify financial impact, and present recommendations and recovery plans
- At least 7 years of healthcare revenue cycle experience
- At least 3 years leading client-facing RCM services, operations, performance improvement, or complex account recovery initiatives
- Preferred experience in strategic account management, healthcare technology, or health information systems
