About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead executive relationships for top enterprise clients
  • Drive value realization across the TruBridge portfolio, including EHR and third-party solutions
  • Develop and implement client success plans covering retention, satisfaction, risk reduction, and growth
  • Maintain knowledge of client organizations and healthcare environments
  • Measure client satisfaction and engagement through feedback, executive conversations, solution adoption, service performance, and relationship indicators
  • Create value realization reporting demonstrating ROI and supporting executive business reviews and renewal decisions
  • Align qualified clients with the TruBridge reference program
  • Own executive-level performance reviews with client financial and operational leaders
  • Translate revenue cycle data into actions improving cash collections, accounts receivable, denials, billing effectiveness, and financial health
  • Lead cross-functional Financial Health teams and subject matter experts
  • Diagnose performance challenges, establish corrective action plans, assign ownership, remove barriers, and hold stakeholders accountable
  • Develop best practices for client profitability management, invoicing, accounts receivable, cash collections, write-offs, and contractual interactions
  • Serve as executive escalation point for material RCM service and performance issues
  • Manage client risk, mitigation plans, retention, renewal readiness, satisfaction, and responsible growth
  • Identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and partner with sales

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (preferred)
  • Ability to travel up to 60%
  • Demonstrated experience improving healthcare revenue cycle performance
  • Working knowledge of cash collections, accounts receivable aging, denial performance, billing quality, and payer or contractual outcomes
  • Proven success improving client satisfaction, protecting renewals, reducing preventable attrition, and recovering at-risk client relationships
  • Ability to establish resolution plans, maintain stakeholder accountability, and mitigate client risk
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Experience advising and influencing hospital CFOs, revenue cycle executives, and operational leaders
  • Ability to analyze revenue cycle trends, identify root causes, quantify financial impact, and present recommendations
  • At least 7 years of healthcare revenue cycle experience
  • At least 3 years leading client-facing RCM services, operations, performance improvement, or complex account recovery initiatives
  • Preferred: experience in strategic account management, healthcare technology, or health information systems
