About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and deliver a high-performing admissions function across schools in Portugal
- Manage and convert incoming leads from website inquiries, emails, phone calls, and walk-ins into school visits
- Conduct personalized physical and virtual school tours
- Explain academic programs and fees and support families throughout the application process
- Review and validate application files and required documentation
- Coordinate student assessment days and interviews with school principals or academic heads
- Prepare and send formal offer letters
- Manage enrollment contracts and final registration
- Maintain accurate CRM data covering conversion rates, pipeline health, and class capacities
- Represent the school at open days, educational fairs, and community events
- Collaborate with Marketing and school teams to align outreach and welcome new students
- Communicate admissions performance and market activity to regional leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 2–3 years in customer-centric roles such as Admissions, High-End Customer Service, Hospitality, or Account Management
- Native/fluent Portuguese
- Professional fluency in English
- Practical experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or OpenApply
- Experience with school management software
- Exceptional relationship-building skills
- High emotional intelligence
- Consultative, non-aggressive approach to sales
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
- Completion and submission of the Inspired Non-Teaching Application Form alongside a CV
