About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own growth strategy for MinIO's Data Intelligence products, including target markets, buyers, competitive positioning, and sequencing of strategic bets
  • Work with key partners to develop groundbreaking products
  • Engage inference platform teams, data platform leads, and executive buyers; join strategic deals and run the win/loss feedback loop
  • Partner with Marketing on product positioning, market narratives, and published content
  • Build sales assets, support strategic deals, and enable field teams to lead inference-buyer and lakehouse-buyer conversations
  • Define pricing and packaging for Data Intelligence products and determine how to capture value as workloads grow
  • Track AI training and inference competitive intelligence and shape differentiation
  • Develop partner go-to-market motions for AI
  • Influence product direction through customer signals, pipeline data, and competitive insight

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years in product management, with at least 3 years on infrastructure, data, or AI/ML products sold to technical buyers
  • Fluency in modern AI and analytics stacks, including training and inference pipelines, storage tradeoffs, and data platform build/buy decisions
  • Track record of working closely with field teams on revenue, participating in deals, and building seller enablement
  • Experience partnering with marketing on compelling narratives and presenting at external conferences and webinars
  • Strong analytical instincts and data-driven hypothesis testing
  • Ability to write clearly and think rigorously in writing
  • Excellent partnership with engineering and technical credibility
  • Experience owning or co-owning pricing and packaging decisions is a plus
