About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Optimize user flows and on-site UX, including navigation, conversion paths, internal linking, and the experience from entry point to conversion action
  • Manage the relationship with the brand and development team to design and build core Webflow pages
  • Maintain visual and component consistency across the site as brand direction evolves
  • Monitor and optimize Core Web Vitals, crawl health, indexing, and page-level technical hygiene
  • Own GA4 and GTM event setup, filter configuration, and site-wide tracking troubleshooting
  • Maintain the DRI/Approver content ownership structure across the site's 265+ pages
  • Define hypotheses, run A/B and multivariate tests, interpret results, and create a prioritized roadmap
  • Own the conversational marketing playbook framework, tool governance, evergreen plays, technical setup, content, routing rules, and visitor targeting logic
  • Report on chat performance, conversation rates, meetings influenced, and pipeline attribution
  • Coordinate campaign-specific conversational marketing plays with the Growth Marketing team
  • Execute AEO through structured data, schema markup, and content formatting
  • Improve AI search presence monitoring and reporting with marketing leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5–8+ years in a digital experience, web management, or CRO role, ideally at a B2B SaaS or infrastructure/dev-tools company where the buyer is technical
  • Hands-on CMS expertise; Webflow experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of GA4, GTM, technical SEO, and AEO
  • Ability to diagnose tracking gaps, fix filter misconfigurations, and troubleshoot Core Web Vitals issues without escalating
  • Strong design sensibility and ability to work within an established brand system while advocating for UX improvements
  • Familiarity with conversational marketing tools and chat playbook logic, including routing rules, visitor targeting, and qualifying flows
  • Self-starter mentality with comfort operating with significant autonomy in a lean marketing organization
