About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and monitor provider enrollment data for accuracy, completeness, and timely updates
Coordinate with healthcare providers and office staff according to payer-specific requirements
Prepare, organize, label, and maintain enrollment forms, applications, and supporting documents
Submit enrollment packages to payers and ensure requirements are fulfilled
Track enrollment status from initiation through completion and resolve pending items
Communicate with providers and payers about enrollment status, requirements, and updates
Train providers or office staff on enrollment application processes and system usage
Ensure compliance with federal, state, accreditation, and company policies
Maintain confidentiality of provider and patient information
Follow security protocols for data handling, transmission, and storage, including SFTP, encryption, TLS, and PHI minimization
Report suspicious activity or security concerns
Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Operations teams on provider onboarding and approvals

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
Minimum 4 years BPO healthcare experience (voice account required)
Experience in Provider Enrollment, Provider Services, or Credentialing strongly preferred
Knowledge of medical & dental claims
Knowledge of eligibility & benefits
Basic understanding of ICD-9 / ICD-10 coding
Knowledge of credentialing standards
Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills
Proficient in MS Office and web-based systems
Must be willing to work shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays if needed
Must be located in or near Metro Manila (preferred)
Immediate availability required (ASAP start)
Stable primary internet connection of at least 50 Mbps
Reliable backup internet connection
Ability to provide a speed test during the initial interview
Ability to hardwire directly to the modem
Quiet, dedicated work area required
