About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the day-to-day project lead across multiple workstreams, owning scope, timelines, deliverables, and overall forward progress.
  • Define next steps, assign responsibilities, and hold internal teams accountable.
  • Anticipate challenges, dependencies, and production considerations and propose clear solutions.
  • Translate client goals into actionable plans for creative, production, and logistics teams.
  • Maintain understanding of the event production lifecycle from concept through on-site execution and wrap.
  • Maintain documentation, workflows, and internal systems.
  • Serve as senior client point of contact and provide proactive strategic guidance.
  • Manage high-touch client relationships and anticipate client needs.
  • Build long-term trust and identify account growth opportunities.
  • Manage client hospitality and coordinate meeting, food and beverage, parking, and executive accommodation details.
  • Lead coordination across strategy, creative, production, and external partners.
  • Run internal status meetings, document decisions, and ensure team alignment.
  • Escalate risks and align on mitigation strategies.
  • Support live-event execution and provide on-site leadership when required.
  • Ensure teams are prepared, timelines are met, and show-day details are managed.
  • Develop project budgets with production and finance teams.
  • Oversee budget tracking, forecasting, reconciliation, financial reporting, scope changes, and addenda.
  • Partner with the Account Director on resource allocation and scheduling.
  • Deliver reporting on campaign performance, KPIs, and outcomes with the Strategy Director.
  • Gather client feedback and improve processes, delivery models, and account performance.
  • Act as a strategic and operational extension to internal leadership.
  • Prepare executive-ready presentations, briefing documents, agendas, and summaries.
  • Manage senior-stakeholder communications and meeting cadences.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Contribute to business development, proposal development, pitch materials, and opportunity tracking.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A genuine passion for client service and delivering excellence under pressure.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Film/Video Production, or a related field.
  • 6-8+ years of account management or production experience within an experiential marketing, events, advertising, or communications agency.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders or executive-level clients in demanding, deadline-driven environments.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and moving parts.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with confidence in presenting to and interacting with high-level audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and solutions-focused under pressure.
  • Experience managing large-scale budgets across the full project lifecycle.
  • Automotive industry experience is a plus.
