About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage financial tracking of maintenance expenses and contracts.
- Initiate and monitor procurement processes for materials and services.
- Monitor delivery deadlines and the execution of contracted services.
- Assist with inventory control for parts and materials.
- Organize technicians’ schedules and monitor maintenance demands.
- Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with suppliers and service providers, ensuring deadlines are met.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, and creating charts/dashboards)
- Power BI or data visualization tools (preferred)
- Knowledge of SAP
- Knowledge of Coupa
- Knowledge of Manusis
- Cost and budget management (expense control and variance analysis)
- Basic knowledge of accounting and corporate finance (cost centers, CAPEX/OPEX)
- Contract and supplier management (negotiation, SLAs, payment tracking)
- Organization and attention to detail
- Analytical thinking
- Clear and objective communication with technical, operational, and corporate teams
