About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Calculate, review, issue, and submit payroll, including social security contributions and taxes (INSS, FGTS, and IRRF)
  • Review and submit events through eSocial to ensure timely payroll closing, DCTFWeb, FGTS Digital, social security payments, and IRRF compliance
  • Assist with employment termination processes by calculating termination payments and issuing the required documents
  • Support the vacation administration process by performing calculations, issuing documents, and monitoring deadlines
  • Manage statutory leave, including sick leave, maternity leave, and workplace accidents
  • Keep up to date with labor and social security laws and regulations, ensuring company compliance
  • Respond to and advise employees on questions related to personnel administration
  • Provide managers with technical support on labor-related matters and internal procedures
  • Audit and review monthly and annual processes, such as RAIS, DIRF, CAGED, and income statements
  • Assist in implementing improvements to HR and personnel administration processes and systems

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Knowledge of labor and social security legislation
  • Experience with payroll processing and social security contributions
  • Proficiency in eSocial and ancillary reporting obligations
  • Knowledge of Apdata preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
