About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support a department or function by performing assigned tasks and assisting with projects
- Participate in projects supporting department or facility needs
- Work with team members to identify solutions and accomplish individual and team goals
- Attend team and department meetings and share relevant knowledge and skills
- Gain knowledge of department and facility functions, including job shadowing where applicable
- Assist department or facility members with assigned tasks
- Complete assigned internship projects and remain accountable for results and timelines
- Work independently or as part of a team and involve others when needed
- Provide operational and clerical support as needed
- Attend a required Microsoft Teams video interview and potential onsite interviews and meetings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Student in business fields (Finance, Communications, Marketing, HR, legal, etc.)
- In the first two years of an undergraduate program at an accredited institution
- Education is verified
- Experience using word processing, spreadsheet, database, internet and e-mail, and scheduling applications
- Experience in a role requiring effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Speaking, hearing/listening, seeing, and manual dexterity
- Must reside outside California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Virginia, Vermont, and Washington
