About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the organization's internal expert for Salesforce Health Cloud solutions
  • Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions to meet business needs
  • Lead solution design and configuration initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
  • Ensure solutions align with Salesforce best practices and standards
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce technical issues
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies
  • Mentor and train junior team members
  • Create prototypes, proof of concepts, and sample mockups with internal and customer stakeholders to elicit and define business requirements
  • Validate solution components, lead customer walkthroughs, and provide guidance to the product manager on key project issues and risks
  • Drive the organization's Salesforce roadmap and reduce reliance on external consulting services

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or similar role
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on Salesforce Health Cloud experience in a production environment
  • Experience with OmniStudio, formerly Vlocity/Velocity managed package, including solution design, configuration, and implementation
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Required Salesforce certifications as outlined in the approved job description
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with technical and business teams
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
  • Demonstrated experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs
  • Demonstrates working technical knowledge of systems administration
  • Knowledge of data migration and integration tools, such as MuleSoft and Informatica
  • Demonstrated experience solving server/operating system problems that reduce impact to customers/end-users
  • Active Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or Information Systems, preferred, or 5+ years equivalent technical experience in systems administration or related technical field
  • Health insurance experience
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as Copado and Git
  • Working experience with Health Cloud and Marketing Cloud
  • Active Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder, preferred
  • Active Certified Salesforce B2C Solution Architect, preferred
