About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Safeguard Intermountain Health's assets through monthly accounting operations and internal controls
- Ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting
- Understand account balances and complete reconciliations
- Perform data analysis

- Understand and explain all aspects of the accounting process

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required
- Degree must be obtained through an accredited institution
- Demonstrated progressive accounting experience
- Knowledge of U.S. generally accepted accounting principles
- Financial analysis skills
- Accounting systems and software proficiency
- General ledger experience
- Preparation and review of journal entries
- Variance analysis and reporting
- Data analysis skills
- Detail-oriented approach
- Leadership and communication skills
- Master’s of Accountancy or Business Administration preferred
- CPA license preferred
