About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a trusted partner to client groups, providing proactive, solution-focused advice
- Provide reports, analyse people data, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and turn insights into actions
- Guide and coach managers through performance management, wellbeing, conflict resolution, and organisational change
- Champion and embed Immediate’s culture and values across teams
- Collaborate with Talent, L&D, Reward, EDI, Communications, and Events teams
- Support organisational design and development, succession planning, engagement, team effectiveness, and change initiatives
- Collaborate on training, feedback sessions, surveys, and policies supporting cultural change and inclusion
- Champion wellbeing initiatives, mental health awareness, EAPs, Mental Health Champions/First Aiders, flexible working, and wellbeing tools
- Keep company policies, guidelines, and procedures current and aligned with employment law
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven HR experience in a business partner or advisory role, ideally within a fast-paced, commercial environment
- Solid knowledge of UK employment law
- Confidence handling employee relations matters, including performance management, wellbeing, conflict resolution, and change management
- Comfortable analysing people data and using insights to shape decisions and strategies
- Strong coaching and influencing skills, with ability to guide and challenge managers at all levels
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships, simplify complex issues, and adapt style to different audiences
- Experience working cross-functionally with Talent, Reward, L&D, and EDI teams
- Proactive problem-solving ability
- Passion for culture and wellbeing and commitment to an inclusive, engaging environment
- Organisational design and change experience (desirable)
