About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist Case Managers with day-to-day case handling tasks
- Maintain and update case files in the case management system
- Collect and organize medical records, bills, and supporting documentation
- Follow up with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies
- Draft correspondence and prepare legal documents as requested
- Schedule appointments, depositions, and meetings
- Monitor case deadlines and ensure timely follow-ups
- Provide status updates to clients when needed
- Support pre-litigation processes and settlement documentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in Personal Injury law (required)
- Experience working as a Case Manager Assistant or similar legal support role
- Strong understanding of personal injury processes (medical records, demand packages, liens, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work onsite (in-office position)
