About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide general administrative, data, and operational support to the network home office and school sites
  • Maintain accurate student and network records in Skyward and internal data tracking sheets
  • Support collection, entry, and analysis of data for local, state, and federal compliance reports
  • Assist with audits of student enrollment files, Special Education paperwork, and state reporting documentation
  • Update trackers, databases, and SIS records for students receiving specialized services
  • Draft related specialized-services documentation and family communications
  • Manage meal eligibility status by reviewing CNEEB applications and running direct certification
  • Draft and send meal eligibility status letters to families
  • Verify MealTime data and resolve discrepancies
  • Observe meal service at school sites for compliance with nutrition guidelines
  • Provide hands-on support to school operations teams, including front desk coverage, meals coordination, and facilities support
  • Co-manage the central operations inbox and route requests to appropriate stakeholders
  • Review new-student data and anticipated needs for onboarding
  • Request student records from previous districts and follow up on academic and health files
  • Assist families with registration paperwork, verify data accuracy, and process enrollment submissions
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Report to the Director of Operations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1+ years of experience in data entry, customer service, or administrative operations
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office applications
  • Comfort navigating database systems, student information systems such as Skyward, or electronic record systems
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent administrative/operations experience
  • Experience in a charter network, start-up environment, or high-performing school setting
  • Must have or be eligible to obtain a food handler certification
  • Must submit academic transcript upon hire
  • Offer is contingent upon passing a fingerprint and background check
  • Must complete all required mandatory SafeSchools training modules
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide on-site operational support
  • Ability to perform active physical duties including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Local travel between school sites in the Seattle-Tacoma region
