About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and execute regional sales strategy aligned to company growth objectives
- Build, develop, and close new hospital and clinic accounts in electrophysiology and cardiology
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead qualification, discovery, demonstrations, proposal development, contracting, and close
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and unit targets
- Develop trusted relationships with physicians, administrators, and clinical stakeholders
- Identify customer needs, workflow gaps, and operational challenges
- Present value-based proposals aligned with clinical outcomes, operational efficiency, and financial performance
- Partner with Customer Success before and after sales to support onboarding, adoption, and customer satisfaction
- Act as the customer’s internal advocate to influence product roadmap and service improvements
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams on deal execution and customer needs
- Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly action plans using pipeline and performance data
- Analyze sales metrics and market trends to refine territory strategy and resource allocation
- Represent the company at conferences, symposia, and industry events
- Potentially participate in recruiting and onboarding sales team members
- Potentially mentor junior or contracted sales resources
- Provide input into territory design, channel strategy, and go-to-market models
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of five years of medical device or digital health sales experience; cardiology preferred
- Experience selling into hospital systems and working with complex clinical stakeholders
- Knowledge of remote cardiac monitoring, reimbursement pathways, and SaaS-based healthcare solutions strongly preferred
- Consultative, outcomes-driven sales mindset
- Strong communication and executive-level presentation skills
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- High integrity, accountability, and customer-first orientation
- Technically proficient with CRM systems and modern productivity tools
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region approximately 25–75%
- Ability to work in the Northeast US, such as New York or another Northeast metropolitan area
