About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build, evolve, and maintain cloud infrastructure as code using Terraform on AWS
  • Own and improve CI/CD, automation, observability, and monitoring
  • Participate in run activities, handle incidents, and drive post-incident improvements
  • Act as a technical reference for other teams
  • Assess new technologies, validate technical choices, and integrate new building blocks
  • Contribute to 2027 projects including Terraform refactoring, Kubernetes and containerization overhaul, multi-cloud migration, and evaluation of the core stack
  • Collaborate with the four-engineer Infra/Platform team and other technical and non-technical teams
  • Work in Kanban with quarterly project planning, daily stand-ups, and weekly 1:1s

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Significant experience in infrastructure / ops / SRE
  • Real production run experience, including on-call and critical incidents
  • Solid hands-on experience with AWS in production
  • Infrastructure as Code with Terraform
  • Experience with CI pipelines such as GitLab CI or GitHub Actions
  • Willingness to work on GCP as the company moves to multi-cloud
  • Fluent English
  • French is a strong plus
  • Flux or another GitOps tool is nice to have
  • Kubernetes is nice to have
  • Deep experience with observability tools such as Grafana and Prometheus is nice to have
  • FinOps / cloud cost optimization experience is nice to have
  • Experience in a company serving US or international markets is nice to have
  • Experience in a regulated environment such as healthcare or finance is nice to have
