About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own Imprint’s social media presence end-to-end across strategy, content, channel health, and performance
- Start with LinkedIn and X and determine future social channels
- Develop and execute content strategy reflecting Imprint’s brand voice and reaching target audiences
- Build and maintain social listening and monitoring infrastructure to surface insights, trends, and risks in real time
- Create a formal playbook for consumer complaints and social voice management with member operations and legal
- Define and own social metrics and measurement framework
- Translate performance data into clear narratives for leadership and the broader company
- Partner with Communications, Brand, and Product Marketing leadership on positioning, campaigns, and key moments
- Identify stories, partnerships, and cultural moments worth owning and establish repeatable content-mining infrastructure
- Build Imprint’s social media presence and act as its voice across B2B and brand channels
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–8 years of social media experience
- Demonstrated track record of building or significantly scaling social presence for a brand
- Exceptional writing skills across formats, tones, and audiences
- Strong editorial judgment and ability to identify risks and make real-time decisions
- Experience owning social metrics and translating performance data into clear, actionable narratives for leadership
- Ability to build and execute strategy independently from ideation through execution
- Familiarity with social listening and management platforms such as Sprout Social or equivalent
- Background in B2B companies with a strong consumer lens, or large communications/PR agencies with breadth across industries, metrics, and crisis management
- Experience in regulatory, crisis, or consumer complaint communications is a plus
- Experience developing crisis communications playbooks with legal and operations stakeholders is a plus
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
