About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maintain relationships with family law attorneys, family mediators, notaries, justice professionals, and other key stakeholders
- Establish OurFamilyWizard as a go-to resource within the French family law community
- Identify and engage influential professionals to promote the platform
- Lead presentations, webinars, workshops, and demonstrations of OurFamilyWizard
- Represent OurFamilyWizard at conferences, bar association events, mediation organization meetings, and other professional gatherings
- Serve as a point of contact for the platform and best practices for using it
- Increase awareness and adoption of OurFamilyWizard in France
- Manage stakeholder relationships and outreach activities using CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to support strategic development initiatives
- Gather feedback from legal professionals to inform product improvements, educational content, and outreach activities
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to adapt messaging and resources for the French market
- Share insights into trends within the French family justice system to inform strategy
Requirements
What you’ll need- Professional experience within the French family law ecosystem
- Strong understanding of family law, mediation, or court proceedings in France
- State Diploma in Family Mediation (DEMF) or experience in family mediation
- Previous experience practicing family law or working in a law firm
- Native-level or fluent French
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Experience developing relationships with legal professionals or institutional stakeholders
- Willingness to travel throughout France
- Experience with a CRM or other customer and partner relationship management tools
- Excellent interpersonal skills, professionalism, diplomacy, and confidence
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and create new programs and networks
- Strong organizational skills, thoroughness, and consistent follow-through
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate across different teams
