About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide application support by analyzing and resolving incidents, user questions, and requests
- Participate in multidisciplinary projects and squads focused on the continuous improvement of processes and systems
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating business needs into technology solutions
- Serve as a functional subject-matter expert for procurement and tax processes related to SAP MM
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation, processes, and procedures
- Plan, monitor, and execute functional tests and user acceptance testing
- Collaborate with business departments, technical teams, and vendors to ensure alignment and delivery quality
- Identify improvement opportunities and support the continuous evolution of corporate processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Knowledge of IT best practices
- Experience in business analysis, process analysis, or a similar role
- Experience gathering and documenting requirements
- Experience with SAP MM
- Experience providing SAP MM application support and working on SAP MM projects
- Knowledge of tax processes related to SAP MM
- Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar)
- Ability to analyze processes and elicit business requirements
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori
- Experience preparing functional documentation
- Knowledge of SAP integrations with satellite systems
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
