About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Initiate and monitor the electronic signature workflow for contracts and legal documents on an e-signature platform, including sending documents, managing signatories, tracking pending actions, and archiving

  • Conduct research and analysis of legislation, case law, and legal doctrine applicable to the company’s needs
  • Prepare and maintain up-to-date controls, reports, and KPIs related to the Legal Department’s demands

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed or ongoing degree in Law
  • Knowledge of Civil and Corporate Law
  • Experience reviewing and drafting contracts
  • Experience monitoring judicial and extrajudicial proceedings
  • Strong ability to research and interpret legislation and case law
  • Reside near the Esteio, RS area
