About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide courteous, efficient, and solution-oriented customer service
- Assist with the sales process by presenting products and services clearly and persuasively
- Accurately and promptly record customer orders and information
- Maintain contact with customers for post-sales follow-up and retention
- Collaborate with the team to achieve established sales targets
- Organize and keep the customer database up to date
- Answer technical questions about the products and services offered
- Carefully process customer returns, complaints, and suggestions
- Support inventory management and product availability
- Participate in training and updates on new products and commercial policies
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma
- Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferred)
- At least 6 months of experience in a similar role (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of computer tools and sales systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in telesales or telephone sales (a plus)
- Knowledge of products specific to the industry segment (a plus)
- Proficiency with CRM tools (a plus)
- Sales or customer service certifications (a plus)
- A second language—English or Spanish (a plus)
- Experience with social media and digital sales (a plus)
- Availability to work from 9:00 a.m. to 4:32 p.m.
