About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and administer implementations and transitions of major contract customers
  • Direct contract management, including growth strategies, P&L, customer service levels, and revenue and margin growth plans
  • Maintain and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of contract processes
  • Work with Sales Functions to develop bid strategies for new and renewed contracted business
  • Contribute to the Annual Operating Process and provide regular business forecasts
  • Identify and implement process improvements for existing and new contracts
  • Lead by example and enable an environment where employees can contribute effectively
  • Support team growth and progression
  • Negotiate customer contract renewals using Best Practice Terms & Conditions
  • Monitor sales, margin, costs, and inventory levels to meet or exceed budget and maintain account profitability
  • Maintain a partnership culture with contracted customers
  • Maintain contracts throughout their lifecycle and coordinate with Planning and Procurement to ensure continuity of parts supply
  • Develop key performance indicators for contract compliance and financial performance
  • Manage, support, and mentor the team, including performance evaluations, reviews, training, and mentoring
  • Travel between customer sites as necessary

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or 2-5 years related experience and training or equivalent combinations of education and experience
  • Experience may include sales, distribution and inventory management
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience using Copilot or other AI tools to enhance productivity
  • Ability to travel, as necessary, between customers’ sites
  • Passion for Incora Values and exceeding customer expectations
