About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Report to the Sr. Director, Total Rewards at Doubtless North America
  • Grow the compensation practice and manage day-to-day compensation operations
  • Administer incentive plans and deliver market pricing in a compensation consulting environment
  • Manage a small team and support the team’s compensation growth
  • Lead two client groups and serve as a key business partner to growing business units
  • Develop compensation plan administration, job leveling, market pricing, and offer design
  • Handle day-to-day offers, executive offers, and compensation operations across multiple business units
  • Benchmark and determine sales and bonus structures for customer service teams, insurance processors, and other incentive-eligible roles
  • Act as a trusted advisor to assigned client groups on offers, job leveling, and total rewards guidance
  • Present ideas in writing and verbally to influence senior decision-makers and outcomes
  • Support executive compensation and survey submissions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources or related field
  • Preferred Masters Degree
  • 10+ years of experience in Compensation Design, Job Leveling, or Sales Incentive Compensation Design
  • CCP is a plus
  • Experience in implementing, documenting, refining Total Rewards policies and documentation
  • Workday experience in advanced compensation is required
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Strategic mindset, with ability to make difficult decisions
  • Ability to manage both strategic and hands-on day-to-day operations
  • Expertise in Sales Compensation Strategy, executive compensation, and strategic compensation practices
  • Experience with financial, technology, or insurance benchmarking jobs is preferable
  • Experience in a global environment is preferred
  • Strong business acumen, relationship-building, analytical, written and verbal communication, and stakeholder-influence capabilities
