About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the performance, compliance, and strategic evolution of a multi-brand insurance portfolio
  • Oversee the product chassis for ASPCA and SPOT
  • Monitor loss ratios, retention, and new business trends at brand, state, and cohort levels
  • Identify opportunities for product tweaks, rate adjustments, and coverage changes
  • Analyze risk profiles and consumer behaviors across DTC, B2B, and B2B2C channels
  • Manage customization across brand partners
  • Optimize products for distribution-channel friction points and conversion drivers
  • Partner with Actuaries on rate structures and pricing indications
  • Collaborate with Growth teams on product features, acquisition strategies, and marketing accuracy
  • Work with IT and Claims leadership to implement state-specific rules and brand nuances
  • Drive profitability, growth, efficiency, customer value, and regulatory compliance outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of experience in P&C Insurance Product Management or Actuarial roles
  • Proven track record in highly regulated insurance lines
  • Deep expertise in Portfolio Analytics
  • Experience with SQL, Tableau, or Snowflake preferred
  • Ability to unify Actuarial, Marketing, and Legal teams around a common product vision
  • Experience managing White Label or affinity partner products
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field
  • MBA, CPCU
