About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain performance reports and dashboards on website, campaign and funnel performance
- Report to stakeholders on a regular cadence and provide recommendations for optimization
- Track, report, and analyze marketing and web activities
- Handle ad-hoc analytic requests and develop and automate regular reports
- Analyze customer data using SQL, Excel models, Google Analytics, Dynamic Yield, Databricks, and campaign management software
- Analyze A/B and multivariate tests, communicate results, and provide recommendations
- Evaluate data and translate it into business insights to inform strategy
- Support improvement of channel attribution capabilities and reporting
- Collaborate across teams to analyze marketing campaign performance and grow audiences and revenue across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing, and Email
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in statistics/analytics or related field required
- 3-5 years of work experience in statistical or data analysis
- Excellent organizational, communication, presentation and analytical skills
- Must have skills: Google Analytics, BigQuery, SQL, Data Layer Implementations, and Microsoft PowerBI
- Proven ability in handling concurrent projects with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is highly desirable
- Experience growing revenues and measuring media impact metrics
- Excellent digital aptitude, significant familiarity with ad ops technology, and affiliate tracking and management tools
- Demonstrated understanding of marketing and web KPIs (CTR, ROI, CVR, CAC, MAU) preferred
