About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Independently manage implementation and digitalization projects in the ECM and document management environment
Coordinate directly with customers to gather, analyze, and implement business and technical requirements
Develop customized solution concepts together with customers and project partners
Plan, manage, and coordinate all project phases through successful completion
Contribute hands-on through customization, configuration, troubleshooting, user training, and technical support
Analyze and resolve technical issues in collaboration with Development and Consulting
Support software implementations and help optimize existing processes
Ensure transparent communication between customers, the project team, and internal departments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable technical qualification
Experience in IT project management or IT consulting, ideally with ECM, DMS, or workflow solutions
Strong technical understanding and enthusiasm for actively implementing solutions
Experience in customer consulting and independently managing IT projects
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
Excellent communication skills and a confident manner when dealing with customers and project partners
Analytical mindset and understanding of business processes
Very good German skills and good English skills
Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is an advantage
Knowledge of document management, Enterprise Content Management, or business process digitalization is an advantage
Experience with software implementation projects is an advantage
