About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the security needs associated with the TfL project and new facilities being established in London
  • Act as the local security focal point
  • Ensure the protection of personnel, facilities and company assets
  • Coordinate with Corporate Security and local authorities when required
  • Support the operation, development, enhancement and expansion of ticketing and access control systems across London’s transport network

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in private security, corporate security or security within government/public sector organisations
  • Relevant higher education degree or technical qualification in Security or a related discipline
  • Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken
  • Advanced training in Security Management or an equivalent recognised qualification
  • Occupational Risk Prevention qualification or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience in asset protection, personnel security and information security
  • Good understanding of local private security legislation, regulatory requirements and security standards
  • Experience of security risk assessment, threat identification and monitoring, with the ability to provide clear and timely security intelligence
  • Experience coordinating with law enforcement, government authorities and external security agencies
  • Ability to develop, implement and support emergency response, evacuation and business continuity procedures, including drills and exercises
  • Strong understanding of geographical, political and security risks within the relevant country or region
  • Geographic mobility and availability to support personnel, projects and operations across the assigned area
  • Demonstrable ability to protect people, facilities, assets and corporate reputation in a range of operating environments
  • Strong communication and reporting skills, with the ability to provide clear updates and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively with operational and functional teams, providing security advice and practical solutions
  • High levels of integrity, discretion and professionalism, particularly when handling sensitive security information
  • Desirable: advanced qualification or training in Fire Protection or an equivalent recognised qualification
  • Desirable: experience working within a multinational organisation or complex corporate environment
  • Desirable: experience supporting personnel working or travelling in high-risk or challenging environments
  • Desirable: knowledge of regional security trends, local operating environments and country-specific risks
  • Desirable: experience delivering security awareness training, briefings or exercises
  • Desirable: experience developing or reviewing security policies, procedures and contingency plans
  • Desirable: familiarity with Indra’s Security Policy or comparable corporate security frameworks
  • Desirable: experience working across multiple geographical locations or international projects
  • Desirable: strong stakeholder management skills
