About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and execute a global operations and facilities strategy aligned with company growth goals
- Unite physical office management and international remote operations into one high-performing team
- Oversee HQ and international offices: infrastructure, maintenance, space planning, office moves and expansions
- Create a safe, productive and comfortable workplace through employee services, ergonomics and office amenities
- Ensure consistent operational support for remote teams across countries, including equipment, resources and processes
- Partner with country managers and leads, balancing local needs with global standards and policies
- Build, develop and mentor a team of Operations Business Partners
- Define and track KPIs, report results to executive leadership and drive continuous improvement
- Own budgeting and financial reporting for global operations and facilities
- Develop scalable solutions across regions, including travel processes and vendor selection
- Provide operational support for non-commercial and cross-functional initiatives such as CSR, community and internal programs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive experience leading operations across multiple international markets, with a strong grasp of cultural and regulatory differences
- Proven track record managing large, geographically distributed remote teams
- Broad operational scope covering both physical facilities and remote team support
- Strong financial acumen: budgeting, financial analysis and management of complex operational budgets
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and comfort working independently in a fast-changing environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including with executive leadership
- Experience mentoring managers and building teams from the ground up
- Fluent English; [other languages, if relevant]
