About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Produce and adapt creative assets for major US retail chains, including in-store displays, promotional graphics, signage and point-of-sale materials
  • Manage high-volume artwork production, resizing and adapting existing creative across multiple retail formats and specifications
  • Prepare accurate, print-ready mechanical files meeting retailer specifications and production requirements
  • Execute artwork revisions, product updates and campaign adaptations while maintaining brand consistency
  • Review and proof artwork for accuracy across typography, product imagery, dimensions, color and layout
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing and retail teams to deliver projects within tight deadlines
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining organized production files, templates and version control
  • Stay connected to Gen Z beauty culture, emerging design trends and the evolving retail landscape

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within beauty, cosmetics, fashion, consumer goods or retail
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
  • Strong experience in retail production, mechanical artwork, file preparation and print-ready deliverables
  • Excellent typography, layout and graphic design fundamentals
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and high volumes of production work under tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across creative and marketing teams
  • Genuine interest in beauty, cosmetics, pop culture and Gen Z consumer trends
  • Experience producing artwork for major US retailers is highly desirable
