About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary supply chain subject matter expert on ERP system configuration, planning parameters, and data integrity
  • Lead and support IT projects involving ERP enhancements, system upgrades, module implementations, and integrations
  • Partner with the BI development team to define requirements, validate outputs, and guide dashboard and report development
  • Develop, maintain, and improve BI reports and dashboards supporting S&OP, demand planning, supply planning, and inventory KPI visibility
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual planning processes through system tools, macros, or BI solutions and drive implementation with IT
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within ERP planning modules and resolve system discrepancies with IT and operations teams
  • Train and support planning team members on ERP and BI tools
  • Document system configurations, data definitions, and user guides
  • Evaluate INFOR/SyteLine capabilities and recommend relevant features to improve planning processes
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
  • Report to the Director of Planning

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP systems administration, supply chain IT, or a planning systems role within a manufacturing environment
  • ERP expertise required; INFOR/SyteLine experience highly preferred
  • Experience using BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau required
  • Experience supporting or leading ERP implementation or enhancement projects
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, or other data querying tools preferred
  • Experience working within an S&OP or supply chain planning environment preferred
  • ASCM CPIM certification preferred
  • Deep expertise in ERP systems and BI tools
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Ability to analyze complex data structures, identify root causes of system issues, and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and translate business requirements to IT partners
  • Capability to manage multiple concurrent IT projects, priorities, and stakeholders
  • Strong cross-functional partnership skills with Supply Chain, Operations, IT, and BI development teams
  • Willingness to work remotely within the US or be based in/near the Jacksonville, FL, Fremont, CA, or Vancouver, BC offices
