About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a functional SAP RE consultant, supporting the gathering, analysis, and documentation of business processes
- Participate in SAP RE implementation, enhancement, and support projects
- Analyze requirements and support the preparation of functional specifications
- Configure and customize the SAP RE module
- Analyze and resolve medium-complexity incidents and functional requests
- Participate in the preparation and execution of unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Support key users during testing, validation, and deployment
- Prepare functional documentation, test scenarios, and operating procedures
- Assist in analyzing the impacts of business changes and regulatory requirements
- Work with FI/CO, MM, SD, and integration consultants
- Support cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities
- Participate in meetings with business areas and project teams
- Identify opportunities to improve and optimize processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience as an SAP RE (Real Estate) Consultant
- Knowledge of real estate management, contract, and workflow processes
- Experience configuring and customizing SAP RE
- Participation in implementation, enhancement, rollout, or support projects
- Knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA
- Experience gathering requirements and preparing functional documentation
- Experience executing unit, integration, and UAT testing
- Knowledge of SAP RE integrations with other SAP modules
- Ability to analyze and resolve functional issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills when working with users and multidisciplinary teams
- Experience with SAP RE-FX
- Participation in SAP S/4HANA projects
- Knowledge of financial processes related to contract and real estate management
- Experience integrating RE with FI/CO, MM, and SD
- Participation in digital transformation or S/4HANA migration projects
- Knowledge of SAP Activate, Agile, or Scrum methodologies
- SAP certification or training related to the SAP RE module
- Experience in medium- to large-sized corporate environments
- Proactive and analytical mindset
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously
- Intermediate English is a plus
