About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and develop AI-agent and workflow-based solutions
- Develop and optimise prompts and orchestration logic
- Work with Azure Databricks as the primary data and AI environment
- Support customer-service and payment-related AI use cases
- Evaluate solution quality, reliability, and business suitability
- Cooperate with business and technical stakeholders
- Support implementation, testing, and production readiness
- Join the client’s AI enablement programme to design and implement AI agents, prompt-based solutions, and automated workflows
Requirements
What you’ll need- Senior-level Data Science or AI Engineering experience
- Strong Python skills
- Practical Azure Databricks experience
- Experience developing GenAI or LLM-based solutions
- Experience with agents, prompts, and workflow orchestration
- Ability to translate business use cases into working technical solutions
- German, English, and Polish language skills
- Customer-service automation experience (nice to have)
- Payments or financial-services experience (nice to have)
- Experience deploying and monitoring AI solutions in production (nice to have)
- Knowledge of evaluation, guardrails, and AI governance (nice to have)
