About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 functional support for SAP SD
  • Analyze and resolve incidents and service requests through the ticketing system
  • Identify and implement improvements to sales and commercial processes
  • Conduct root cause analyses (RCA)
  • Participate in small-scale projects and system enhancements
  • Configure and fine-tune settings in the SD module
  • Collaborate with business areas, including Sales, Billing, Logistics, and Tax
  • Support unit and integration testing, as well as solution validation
  • Document implemented processes and solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Solid experience with SAP SD (Sales and Distribution)
  • Experience in support and application maintenance
  • Knowledge of sales processes
  • Knowledge of order management
  • Knowledge of deliveries and shipping
  • Knowledge of billing
  • Knowledge of pricing
  • Knowledge of tax determination
  • Knowledge of integrations with MM and FI
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA (a plus)
  • Knowledge of SAP LE/WM (a plus)
