About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own Infisical's conference program, including conference selection, event scale, budget allocation, vendors, shipping, swag, staffing, and on-site logistics
- Plan side events around conferences, including happy hours, dinners, and meetups
- Build relationships with event organizers to secure prime booth locations and speaking opportunities
- Plan and run executive dinners, roundtables, and regional events with account executives
- Coordinate with sales on target accounts and booking meetings at events
- Run pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up with sales and growth marketing
- Build sales sequences and email nurture for event contacts
- Run the webinar program from topics and speakers through promotion and follow-up
- Source and run co-marketing webinars with partners and developer tools
- Support community meetups with the startup and ecosystem team
- Collaborate with growth marketing on digital event promotion
- Collaborate with content marketing on event materials and booth content
- Evaluate and implement tools to improve event execution and follow-up
- Support strategic campaigns, innovative tools, and growth initiatives beyond traditional event management
- Report to the Marketing lead and collaborate across functions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-4+ years in field marketing, events, or marketing programs at a B2B SaaS company
- Experience running events that created pipeline, with metrics to share
- Experience managing booth vendors, event budgets, and logistics across several events at once
- Ability to work closely with sales and maintain alignment between teams
- Ability to track vendor deadlines, shipping dates, and registration cutoffs independently
- Scrappy, proactive approach to investigating new tools and supporting campaigns beyond events
- Clear, friendly communication with sales, partners, and vendors
- Based in the US and able to travel regularly for key events
- Nice to have: experience marketing to developers, DevOps, platform engineering, or security teams
- Nice to have: existing relationships with developer and security conference organizers
- Nice to have: experience planning custom booths at large conferences
- Nice to have: familiarity with open-source communities or developer meetups
- Nice to have: hands-on experience with webinar platforms
