About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support and maintain application infrastructure, cloud environments, and deployment processes across the software development lifecycle
Develop, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling
Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code and automation solutions
Work with AWS cloud infrastructure for application development, deployment, and operations
Support application environments across Windows and Mac platforms
Troubleshoot and resolve application, infrastructure, deployment, and environment-related issues
Support databases and data stores, including configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance considerations
Contribute to reliability, observability, monitoring, and disaster recovery practices
Support application updates and contribute to application code and configuration changes when required
Collaborate with developers, technical stakeholders, and senior technical resources
Participate in deployments, maintenance, and occasional after-hours support

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hands-on experience working with AWS and cloud infrastructure
Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation
Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling
Experience with MySQL 8, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, and SQLite
Several years of experience working with the Microsoft Data Platform
Experience across Windows and Mac environments
Practical understanding of reliability, observability, monitoring, and disaster recovery
Experience troubleshooting application, infrastructure, deployment, and development environments
Ability to work independently while knowing when to collaborate with or escalate to senior technical resources
Solid understanding of software development and deployment processes across the software development lifecycle
French, Spanish, or German bilingual proficiency preferred
Experience with Microsoft Azure, Ruby on Rails or MVC frameworks, application and cloud security, Python, APIs, web services, application code, or AI-powered development tools is an asset
