About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and own measurement and optimization strategies through execution
- Own GA4 across Info-Tech and McLean websites, including setup, configuration, conversion tracking, key-event tracking, and data accuracy
- Own GTM setup, including building, testing, and troubleshooting tags and events
- Partner with development on the data layer so product and campaign launches are tracked correctly
- Maintain consistent UTM and tagging practices across PR, Social, Paid, Email, and Events
- Conduct ad hoc analysis and investigations into traffic anomalies, bot traffic, conversion drops, and page-level behavior
- Produce monthly and quarterly reporting on website performance, conversions, and outcomes
- Deliver quarterly website and traffic reviews for executives
- Build and maintain dashboards
- Administer analytics and SEO tools, including access, user management, and configuration
- Conduct keyword and content-gap research
- Recommend and implement on-page SEO optimizations, including metadata, headings, structure, and internal linking
- Monitor Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools for red flags and AI-visibility data
- Measure AI visibility using AI Overviews and LLM referrals
- Collaborate with web teams on GEO, AI-search strategy, and LLM optimization efforts and tooling
Requirements
What you’ll need- Deep, hands-on GA4 and GTM experience
- Experience setting up and managing a GA4 account, configuring events and conversions, and debugging tracking
- 4 to 6 years in web analytics, ideally in a marketing environment
- Strong data visualization and reporting skills
- Comfortable with SQL and light scripting
- Proactive self-starter who works closely with marketing teams and turns data into clear monthly insights
- Solid SEO and content-optimization fundamentals
- Working knowledge of Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, and Semrush
- Ability to explain technical findings to non-technical executives
- Understanding of privacy regulations, consent requirements, and browser tracking changes
- Bilingual proficiency in French, Spanish or German preferred
- Gainsight PX experience nice to have; training provided as needed
- Power BI experience preferred
- Experience measuring AI search and GEO visibility nice to have
